Composite Veneers Warranty

Composite veneers completed by Beyond Smiles Marrakech include a 1-year clinical warranty. If an eligible treatment-related issue develops, our clinical team will review the case and determine the appropriate corrective treatment.

What the Composite Warranty Can Cover

Coverage depends on the cause of the problem and the clinical findings. Every claim is reviewed first.

Bonding failure where composite becomes detached without evidence of trauma, misuse or another excluded cause.

Trauma, accidents or sports injury.

Biting ice, pens, fingernails, bottles, packaging or other hard objects.

Damage associated with untreated clenching or grinding where protection advice was not followed.

Poor oral hygiene, new dental disease or unrelated natural tooth problems.
×
Cosmetic preference changes after the final result was approved.
×
Natural wear, superficial staining or loss of gloss over time.
If another dentist alters, repairs, removes or modifies the Beyond Smiles composite without prior approval, the warranty for that restoration may become invalid. Necessary emergency treatment is treated separately.

Where in-person treatment is clinically necessary and the issue is approved under the warranty, we organise the warranty visit.

EMAX Porcelain Veneers Warranty

EMAX porcelain veneers completed by Beyond Smiles Marrakech include a 5-year clinical warranty from the date the final veneers are permanently fitted. Eligible treatment-related restoration problems are clinically assessed before corrective treatment is confirmed.

What the EMAX Warranty Can Cover

The warranty does not mean that veneers cannot break for five years. It means eligible treatment-related restoration issues are clinically reviewed and corrected according to the policy.

Opening packaging, biting bottles, chewing ice, cracking hard objects, biting pens or nails.

Poor oral hygiene, uncontrolled gum disease, tooth decay or unrelated biological problems.
×
Unapproved repair, alteration or replacement by another dental provider.
×
Cosmetic redesign requests or normal ageing of teeth, gums and oral tissues.
If a protective night guard is clinically recommended, failure to use it as instructed may affect warranty eligibility where excessive biting forces contribute to restoration failure.

If an Approved EMAX Warranty Case Requires You to Return

Where an eligible EMAX problem requires treatment in Marrakech, Beyond Smiles organises the approved clinical correction and specified private transfers.

Beyond Smiles Provides

  • Approved repair, rebonding, adjustment or replacement at no additional clinical treatment fee
  • Private transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport
  • Private transportation for required warranty appointments
  • Private transfer back to Marrakech Menara Airport

We confirm whether the issue is eligible and explain the recommended next step.

Correction

If a Marrakech return is necessary, we schedule the approved treatment and included transfers.

Warranty eligibility is determined following clinical assessment by the Beyond Smiles dental team. It is not decided solely by the sales or customer-service team.

Urgent Dental or Medical Problems

The warranty process is not a substitute for urgent local treatment.

Seek urgent local care for

  • Significant swelling
  • Severe or rapidly worsening pain
  • Infection symptoms
  • Major dental trauma

Also urgent

  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Difficulty breathing
If emergency treatment is performed elsewhere, keep relevant reports, photographs, X-rays, treatment records, receipts and medication details where possible. Emergency treatment elsewhere does not automatically mean Beyond Smiles will reimburse that treatment.
